Paintings

Took the entry forms for the Fine Arts into the Date Festival this afternoon. The deadline for entries is tomorrow.

Looking at the posts I can see that the paintings don't have accurate color tones. The red in the second abstract posted is the same red in the first one but doesn't come across as vibrant. And the flowers are more colorful too. More for me to figure out!

Have a friend visiting from Idaho. I was her Matron of Honor 50 years ago! I have known Judy Frantzreb Cunningham since 8th grade. She is very artistic. Judy is into stamping and creates fabulous cards for any occasion. Will show her this blog site tomorrow - she does not have a computer!!!! Judy and her husband travel in a motor home when they are not at home in Sandpoint. Great having them visit.

Have not forgotten Bart!!! Plan to begin his portrait by this weekend............................
