Boy Scouts and Ham Radio and Art!!!

We had 13 Boy Scouts over Saturday working toward their Ham Radio Merit Badge so they got on the radio with Bart and talked to other scouts in Dallas, Texas. The boys were really excited and it was infectuous. I enjoyed them immensely!! One of the scouts mother looked at my art brochure and bought a charcoal drawing I had done so that was a super bonus! It is so wonderful to have one enjoy what I do. Radio is Bart's thing (I do have my General License for the radio) but my pasion is art.
Chose a photo from Hal's web site. Turns out to be his daughter 'Tova'. It is a precious picture of a little girl and will be a fabulous challenge once I begin. Will document the process.
