Here is the mixture for "goop". It doesn't have a formal name! Could be considered a painting medium as it is great for adding to oils and is also a great sealer varnish for a finished dry painting.
1 part Spar Marine Varnish (not synthetic)
1 part Linseed Oil
4 parts Turpenoid
Keep in a tightly covered jar out of sun and heat. Have fun!!!
